”Darrell and I took over Beach Bum in mid-August of 2009.  The store has been a mainstay on Main Street, Picton for the past 17 years.  It was a new venture and adventure for us and so far we are loving every minute. Beach Bum is open year-round and carries a selection of clothing and accessories for every season including outerwear, rubber boots, winter boots, hats and so on. Beach Bum carries a wide variety of name brands familiar to the younger, surf/snow/skate group such as: Volcom, Roxy, Quiksilver, Element and DC.  “We aren’t just for the younger crowd, we are also for the “young at heart”.  We profess to have “something for everyone” here but do specialize more in swimwear (Swimwear for Every BODY)…from string bikinis to tankinis and full pieces. Carry a great selection of aquatic swimwear such as TYR, Speedo and Nike plus mastectomy and maternity suits.  We also carry large size shoes for men…up to size 16.

You will also find accessories such as purses, wallets, watches, socks, underwear, belts and napsacks to name a few.
