For the next few weeks, grade twelve student Colin Sills is helping us out at Taste the County headquarters. As part of Prince Edward Collegiate Institute’s County Roots program, he will be providing invaluable assistance on projects such as Countylicious and Maple in the County. An experiential course, County Roots has students working both at school and in the community to learn first-hand about the agriculture, tourism and culinary industries of Prince Edward County.
